Sansevieria, also named ‘Snake Plant’ and ‘Mother in Law’s Tongue’ originates from central Africa and is a wonderfully hardy plant that’s virtually indestructible. It’s great for novice plant owners as it’s a slow grower and doesn’t demand a great deal of attention – perfect!
Care: This is an indoor plant. Water only once the soil is bone dry avoiding the crown of the plant. Try not to over water as this can water log the soil and cause the plant to become too damp. Water less in the cooler months – sometimes only once a month will do the job.
