Flower & Glory Online are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. Making a purchase couldn’t be easier, just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that needed to complete your order. All prices and values on this website are in UK Pounds Sterling. If you wish to order by telephone, our orderline is open Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm. Telephone us on: 01732 743 419. We accept payment via all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo.
You will be emailed a confirmation to indicate that we’ve received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
We will always endeavour to use the same flowers that you see in our image gallery. We will always use the same colour way, but from time to time, we may have to substitute a flower with an alternative, dependent on the season. We will always ensure that the flowers you send look absolutely beautiful.
All prices are stated inclusive of VAT.
You will receive your order within 10 working days if the goods are in stock. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be telephoned or emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Prices are weight dependent. In some cases we may chose to contact you to arrange specific delivery conditions. International orders are generally received in under 28 days.
Standard delivery is charged from £5.95 to £9.95 (unless stated differently in the product description) per delivery address.

Please note that whilst we make every effort to ensure that the items listed on the site are available, on rare occasions (such as clearance sales), stock advertised on the site may sell out before it can be removed. We will off course inform you as soon as possible when such instances occur.
Online payment will be provided in a secure environment. Payments must be made in British Sterling and by one of the following credit card payment methods (except International Customers see clause 10), Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Solo, Delta and Electron.
Customers from outside the UK can only pay by International credit card or bank transfer and must pay in Pound Sterling unless otherwise specified. If you are experiencing difficulty please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

Any information passed through to Flower & Glory is managed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and is passed through a secure connection on the internet using Secure Socket Layer technology at 128bit encryption (where browsers will allow). RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We will exchange or refund any item with which you are not happy within 14 days of purchase, as long as both the packaging and the goods themselves remain intact. We offer free returns as standard on all the orders we despatch. You must contact us to arrange the return which will be either by Royal Mail using our freepost service for orders weighing under 2kg or by a collection from our courier in all other cases. If you choose to send an item by recorded or special delivery, we will refund the standard parcel rate of the postage and the extra cost will be at your own expense. We will only refund the value of the items returned and not the original delivery charge except where we agree otherwise. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
