A pedestal arrangement at a venue

Who it’s for

Agencies buying flowers for their clients. Ordering for your own office? That’s order on account.

  • Marketing agencies

Flowers for a client's launch, a shoot, a campaign or a thank-you to their customers.

  • Events agencies

Displays for conferences, dinners, awards and parties, and the tables in between.

  • Experiential agencies

Flowers that make a space: pop-ups, activations and brand experiences.

What you get

  • A price for each job

Tell us about the job and the studio sends a price, usually the same working day. Say yes to it from your account.

  • Your margin, set by you

Set a usual margin, one for each client, or one for a single job: a percentage or a fixed sum. Your client's price is worked out for you.

  • Proposals in your name

Download a proposal for your client with your name on it, at their price. Our name is on it only if you want it there.

  • Every client in one account

Keep your clients in one place, name one on each price, and see your margin job by job, by month and by client.

  • Your team, each with their own sign-in

Invite the people who work on your accounts. Each person can place orders, look after the invoices, or run the account.

  • Made, delivered and set up by us

Displays are made at our studio in Sevenoaks, Kent, then delivered and set up by the studio.

How it works

  1. Apply for an agency account. It takes a couple of minutes.

  2. The studio gets in touch to agree terms, sets up your account and invites you to sign in.

  3. Add your clients, ask for prices, set your margin, and send each client a proposal in your name.

Good to know

What do you charge us?

The same prices as our shop, invoiced to you on the terms we agree. Your margin goes on top of that, and you set it.

Who does our client pay?

You. The studio invoices you, and you invoice your client at your price.

Will our client see your prices?

No. Their proposal shows your name and their price. The studio's price is only in your account.

Can we set a different margin for each client?

Yes. Set a usual margin for the account, a margin for any client, or a percentage or a fixed sum on a single job.

Where do you deliver?

Our van delivers across the areas on our delivery page. For a job further away, ask for a price and tell us where: the studio will say what it can do. Where we deliver.
