What you get
Order online, pay on account
Place orders whenever suits you, from your own sign-in. Each one goes on your account and is invoiced on the terms we agree.
Your reference on every order
Add your order number, or whose funeral it is, and it goes on the invoice too. We can make it a must for every order.
Regular flowers for the premises
Flowers for reception, the tables or the window, every week or every fortnight. Skip a week or pause them from your account.
Prices for funeral work
Ask for a price for a tribute, or anything made for the job. We usually send it the same working day, and you can say yes online.
Your team, each with their own sign-in
Invite the people who order for you. Each person can place orders, look after the invoices, or run the account: you choose.
Invoices and statements in one place
See what you owe and when it's due, download your statement, and pay by bank transfer or by card.
How it works
Apply online: a few questions, one at a time. It takes a couple of minutes.
The studio will be in touch within a working day to agree terms (how long you have to pay, and a credit limit) and set you up.
You're invited by email to sign in. From there you can invite your team.
Good to know
Do we need an account to order?
No. Anybody can order on the website, or ring the studio. An account adds ordering on account, invoices on terms, and a sign-in for each person on your team.
Are the prices the same as the shop?
Yes. Delivery is charged by area, as it is on the website.
How do funeral tributes work?
Many tributes are priced for each funeral. Ask for a price first, or order now with the price to come: the studio prices it before it leaves, and nothing is invoiced until then.
How do we pay?
Each order is invoiced on the terms we agree, with your reference on it. Pay by bank transfer, or by card from your account.
Who can sign in?
Whoever runs the account invites the rest. Each person signs in as themselves, so you can see who ordered what, and take somebody off when they leave.
