The details
How it works.
- What is a stem?
- A stem is a point. You earn one for every £10 you spend on a paid order, on the website and at the counter alike, plus 5 for a published review, 20 on your birthday when we know it (doubled in Bloom, tripled in Glory), and 50 when a friend you bring into the Bunch makes their first order of £30 or more.
- What are stems worth?
- Each stem is worth 10p off. From 50 stems you can turn them into a money-off code on your account (50 stems is £5.00 off), which works at the checkout and at the counter.
- What are the tiers?
- Bud, Bloom and Glory. Everyone who joins is a Bud; Bloom is from 50 stems earned in a rolling twelve months and Glory from 150. Bloom members earn ×1.25 on every order and the van is on the house on orders over £60; Glory members earn ×1.5, the van is always on the house, and they are first out on the day. Tiers look at what you earn, never what you spend, so using your stems never lowers your standing.
- Do stems expire?
- Stems you have not used expire 12 months after they were earned; a reward code lasts 90 days. Your account shows anything about to go.
- Does it cost anything to join?
- No. The Bunch is free: an account with the email you order with, and you are in.
