About delivering in Brasted

Brasted is the village on the A25 between Sevenoaks and Westerham, a run of antique shops and old houses along the road with Brasted Chart rising behind. Flower & Glory kept a shop of its own here for a time, so the road is a familiar one and the van passes through on every Westerham run. Addresses are TN16, delivered at the Sevenoaks & villages charge.

How the Brasted round works

Brasted is in the Sevenoaks & villages delivery area, which the van covers for £7.95 a delivery. The TN16 district also takes in Westerham and Biggin Hill, and the van usually does them on the same run. The rest of the Sevenoaks round (Sevenoaks, Riverhead, Dunton Green, Otford, Kemsing and Seal and the villages between) is on the same run, so a bunch for a neighbour is one order rather than two.

Order before 11:00 on a delivery day and the flowers for Brasted are delivered the same day; after the cut-off they go on the next run. The van goes out Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and anything can be collected from the counter in Blighs Meadow instead. Every bunch is made to order with flowers fresh from the auction, the card is written by hand, and if nobody is in the driver leaves it somewhere safe and dry and lets you know where.

    One of the season's twelve bunches, or ring the studio for one made to your own brief. Pick a size and write the message for the card, which we write by hand.

    Tell us where

    Your Brasted postcode at the checkout. The charge and the days come from the studio's own delivery areas, so there is no surprise at the end.

  3. 03

    We arrange it that morning

    Every stem is conditioned, cut and placed in the Sevenoaks studio on the day it goes out, and the van brings it to the door.
